Principal Trading Park is located on the West Side of Scarborough Street near to the corner of its junction with Witty Street, approximately 2 miles west of Hull City Centre.

Road communication access to this area are excellent and one of the main interchanges to the A63 Clive Sullivan Way is a short distance from the complex, which gives easy access, into, out of, and across the city of Hull, as well as connecting to the M62 and thus onto the National Motorway network.
